RETURN POLICY

Coffee items are not eligible for exchange or return, due to food safety standards. We do want you to fully enjoy your Sitka Coffee Roasters experience, so please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about the coffee you receive.

Non-coffee merchandise may be returned for an exchange or full refund (minus the cost of shipping & handling) within 30 days of the ship date. Products must be unused and in original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of the return shipment. Once the product has been received by Sitka Coffee Roasters and approved for exchange/refund, we will notify you via email.
